Try to program the remote control first. If you still can not get it to work you can then try clearing the circuit board. If you clear the circuit board you will need to reprogram both remotes and phone if bluetooth. Depending on the age of your circuit board your lights might be different.
To clear the circuit board push and hold the button on the circuit board until the red light goes off. This takes about 10 seconds.
Now push the button once. The light will now stay red. Push any button on the remote and the red light will blink 3 times and go off. This means the remote is now paired with the motor. Now grab the other remote, press the button on the circuit board so light comes on and then press any button on the other remote. Light will flash and then go out. Both remotes have now been paired. (the remotes take about 10 seconds to work after they are first paired with the board.)
DC Remote Control Issue
If Remotes Controls stop working on DC Motors, Try unplugging the battery (12v or 24v) from the motor itself for 1 minute. Then plug the battery back into the motor and try the remote controls. This will reset them. If your battery is over charged it will put the remote controls into a safety mode.
WHEN PROGRAMMING REMOTES OR BLUETOOTH
If your neighbors have a Lift Tech Marine unit, make sure they are not using their lift while you are programming. If you are pressing buttons on the circuit board and someone close to you is using their wireless remote controls, there is a chance their remote will pair with your Lift Tech Marine unit.
